Peerless Model 1 Lead Chain with single handcuff. A few of these were recently returned to Peerless from another dealer and Peerless sold them to us. Only a few hundred were made on a special order basis between 1984-92. Unused new old stock in original box marked Model 1 with one key. 62" chain with 3" ring at end.
